理查·諾爾·馬克斯（Richard Noel Marx，1963年9月16日－），美國著名流行音樂和搖滾樂歌手、作曲家。代表作有：「此情可待」（Right Here Waiting）、「夏夜漫漫」（Endless Summer Nights）等。

馬克斯出生於伊利諾州，5歲即開始商業演出。17歲時，他受到萊昂內爾·里奇的賞識，前往洛杉磯開始職業歌手生涯，先後為里奇、麥當娜、惠特妮·休斯頓等人配唱。1984年，他與詹姆斯·英格拉姆和金·卡恩斯合唱肯尼·羅傑斯創作的「Crazy」 一曲而成名。
