Meditation
Meditation means “being still”. The purpose of being still 20-60 minutes per day is to focus on yourself and “listen” to your gut instincts, or intuition, while aligning the energy in your body. When you meditate you lower your heart rate and slow your breathing, so you also give your body a rest, kind of a half-nap. 30 minutes of meditation is equivalent to a 2 hour nap.
