Just after PM Modi's speech, Saansein producer's decided to go ahead and push the release date of the film. Saansein which was supposed to be releasing this friday along with Rock on 2 has pushed its release date to 25th of November and will now be releasing with Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi staring Shahrukh Khan and Alia Bhatt.

The film was pushed ahead as PM Narendra Modi announced Ban on Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- note and hence it will be difficult for people to prioritize a film over other basic necessities.
