wouldn't it like make sense to give your english video an english description? I mean ppl who don't speak english can't understand it anyway, and people who do speak english won't watch it if it got chinese titles.
Of course you could do the chinese titles in addition to the english ones and you should leave the chinese description - then everyone could understand it.
